The inclusion of Jean Alain Roussel on keyboards was a source of bitter disagreement among the band. Sting insisted on adding a piano track, directly against the wishes of Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland, who felt the track no longer sounded like The Police. In the end, however, their objections were overruled.
