    The first lesson to every song we teach is available completely FREE. If you want to learn full songs, including Part 2, 3, 4 and our “Whole Song Performance” videos, you must become an HDpiano+ subscriber.   • What songs can I learn on HDpiano? How many can I learn?

    Currently, you can learn as many songs as you wish, and we add at least 2 new songs every week. Ranging from classical piano to modern pop hits, we have over 1,000 of the best songs on piano including artists like Bruno Mars, Coldplay, and Queen. The second half of 2022 will feature highlights like “Easy on Me” by Adele and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from The Lion King, plus so many more!” Find a Song to learn today!

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription, go to the My Subscriptions page. Locate the subscription then click Cancel. You will still retain access to our streaming content until the last day of your subscription.

  • Learn a full song within 30 days, or your money back!

    We currently offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on the initial purchase for our subscription plans. To be eligible for a refund, we require a request to cancel your membership within 30 days of the initial purchase.

    If you have purchased a subscription directly via the HDpiano website, simply reach out to our support team via the contact form below and they will happily assist you with a refund.

  • How do I apply a coupon?

    During the signup process, when you get to the checkout screen, select Have a Coupon? Enter your coupon code and click Apply coupon. The discount will be applied to your total.

  • How can I reset my password?

    If you’re logged in to your HDpiano account, you can reset your password on the My Account page. If you are not logged in, head to the Login Page, then enter your email address, and click Forgot password? to reset your password.   • Why can’t I find this popular artist or that song in your library of lessons?

    The availability of songs on our website is dependent upon nuanced music licensing agreements and those often come with restrictions. If a popular artist or song is not currently available on our site, it’s because we don’t have the license to teach it. However, we are constantly adding new licenses, new artists, and new songs to the catalogue.

  • I’m having an issue with My Account or a recent payment.
